Reports to:  Division General Manager
Underling: Lab supervisors
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead the team in the pursuit of quality improvement and productivity improvement
• Be responsible for manpower planning, training, development and upgrading of staff within the team
• Coordinate with various sections within the division or various departments within the company regarding test specifications, procedures, results and services 
• Ensure that the laboratory is properly and safely equipped to comply with the requirements of relevant standards
• Review and approve test results/reports
• Be consultant, trainer for technical issue. Handle special enquiries/complaints from other teams, customers
• Be aware of new relevant standards, specification and procedures, develop new test item
• Assist in the preparation of the sectional budget and exercise control of expenses

Requirements:
• Good experience and knowledge in toys standard for different market, eg. EU, US, Canada etc.
• University graduate or above.
• Good communication skill
• Good writing and speaking in English
