Responsibility: 1) Responsible for managing the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities. 2) Plans, budgets and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs. 3) Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services and facilities expansion. 4) May have responsibility for establishing and overseeing health and safety standards. 5) Directs subordinates to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies. 6) Receives predetermined work assignments with specific instructions. 7) Interacts daily with subordinates and/or functional peer groups. 8) Provides immediate supervision to a unit or group of employees, assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals. 9) Generally supervises semi-skilled nonexempt employees (i.e., maintenance helpers).
Qualification: 1) B. S. degree or above, majoring in Mechanical engineer (HVAC) or other equivalent ones. 2) Above 5 Years of related working experience. 3) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking. 4) Eager to learn, can do attitude and strong communication / coordination ability. |
